Snow4Dogs Event – Conditions of Entry
Welcome to Snow4Dogs!
Bucceri Consulting Pty Ltd (“the Company”) is excited to welcome you and your furry friend to our Snow4Dogs event! We’ve drawn upon our experience hosting a similar event with the RSPCA to create a fun and safe environment for everyone.
Important Notice:
Please note that due to the nature of this event, participation involves inherent risks. While we’ve taken every precaution, our public liability insurance does not cover injuries or damages to dogs or their owners. By entering this event, you agree to the following conditions:
- Participant & Dog Requirements:
- You are the legal owner of the dog attending, and you are over the age of 18 and your dog is at least 9 months old.
- Your dog is up to date on vaccinations, including rabies.
- Your dog must be always kept on a leash.
- Only one dog per participant is permitted.
- Dog Behaviour:
- Your dog is well-behaved, socialized, and not aggressive towards people or other dogs.
- You will promptly remove your dog if they display any disruptive behaviour.
- Assumption of Risk:
- You understand and accept the risks involved, including but not limited to slipping on snow, dog bites, falls, and injuries caused by other dogs or participants.
- You assume all risks associated with your dog’s and your participation, regardless of the cause.
- Release of Liability:
- To the full extent permitted by law, Bucceri Consulting Pty Ltd, its officers, employees, volunteers, and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or death suffered by your dog or you relating to your dog’s or your participation in the event, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), statute or in any other cause of action.
- Bucceri Consulting Pty Ltd, its officers, employees, volunteers, and agents will not, under any circumstance, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
- Indemnification:
- You agree to indemnity Bucceri Consulting Pty Ltd, its officers, employees, volunteers, and agents against any loss, damage, injury or death suffered by any other participant or their dog to the extent contributed to by your dog or you.
- Dog Waste Disposal:
- You are responsible for cleaning up after your dog and disposing of waste in designated bins.
- Event Rules:
- You agree to follow all event rules and instructions given by staff. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event.
By entering the Snow4Dogs event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these conditions.

BY ENTERING THIS AREA, YOU ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:
1. PARENTS AND CARERS MUST SUPERVISE THEIR DOGS AT ALL TIMES. STAFF CANNOT SUPERVISE DOGS. CARERS MUST BE OVER 18 YEARS OF AGE.
2. THE SNOW4DOGS PLAY AREA IS MADE UP OF AREAS WITH MAN MADE SNOW THAT CAN CAUSE SLIPS AND FALL THAT COULD RESULT IN INJURY AND BY ENTERING, YOU AGREE THAT, TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT THE LOSS OR DAMAGE WAS CAUSED BY OUR NEGLIGENCE.
3. SNOW AND ICE ARE INHERENTLY COLD, WET AND SLIPPERY AND YOU MAY SUFFER INJURY TO YOURSELF OR YOUR DOG IF YOU FALL OR SLIP.
4. YOU MUST WEAR APPROPRIATE FOOTWEAR WITH NON SLIP SOLES FOR USE ON SNOW.
5. USE CAUTION WHEN MOVING ABOUT.
6. NO RUNNING.
7. NON SLIP SHOES ARE ESSENTIAL FOR YOUR SAFETY.
8. NO THROWING OF SNOW BALLS AT OTHER PERSONS. IF YOU DO SO AND CAUSE ANY DAMAGE YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES.
9. NO SLIDING ON SNOW OR TOBOGGANING ALLOWED.
11. PLEASE LEAVE THE PARK PROMPTLY WHEN DIRECTED TO DO SO.
12. DO NOT EAT SNOW.
13.. NO FOOD OR DRINK (INC GUM, LOLLIES ETC).
14.. NO SHARP OBJECTS, JEWELRY, PINNED BADGES, PETS, SKATEBOARDS, ROLLER BLADES, ICE SKATES OR PUSHBIKES.
18. THE OPERATOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TAKE PHOTO AND VIDEO IMAGES FOR SECURITY AND/OR SALES AND MARKETING PURPOSES.
19. THE OPERATOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY AT ITS ABSOLUTE DISCRETION, TO REMOVE GUESTS FROM THE AREA AND TO INSPECT YOUR BAGS AT ANY TIME FOR SECURITY PURPOSES.
20. ANY PHOTOGRAPHS, VIDEOS, OR SOUND RECORDINGS TAKEN BY YOU MUST BE FOR YOUR PERSONAL USE ONLY. ANY USE, REUSE OR PRODUCTION FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES WITHOUT OUR PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
21. WOMAN THAT ARE PREGNANT ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE SNOW AT ANY TIME.
22. YOU MUST FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN BY STAFF, SIGNAGE AND/OR ANNOUNCEMENTS.
23. PLAY DURATION MAY BE VARIED TO MINIMISE WAIT TIME.
