ARE THEIR ANY CHANGES TO THE 2024 NORTH LAKES EVENT FROM THE RSPCA WACOL EVENT?
Yes, as well as the photo Opportunities on your walk ,we are introducing enclosed areas where owners can make snowballs and play snow ball fetch with theire dog.
IS SNOWBALL FETCH INCLUDED IN THE TICKET PRICE?
No, snow ball fetch is an additional cost of $5 for a bucket of snow and we will provide a snow ball maker for you to produce the snow balls to throw in the enclosure.
HOW LONG IS A SNOW4DOGS SESSION AND WHAT TIME ARE THEY ON?
Each session operates for 15 minutes. The session times are 9AM, to 6PM.
CAN I GO TO ANY SNOW4KIDS SESSION THAT I WANT?
You may book any session that you wish to attend (subject to availability). However, you are not able to enter the attraction until the date and time you have purchased your ticket for.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
A General Admission ticket for all people entering the park is priced at $16 for an Adult and Dog and $8 for additional attendees over 16 years of age.
Please note that online purchases will incur a Booking Administration fee of $1.25 per ticket.
WHERE CAN I BUY TICKETS?
You can purchase tickets online.
We recommend booking online in advance to save disappointment as the most popular sessions sell out very quickly. If you do not wish to purchase tickets online, we may have any unsold tickets available for purchase at the Ticket Box at the venue on the day.
PLEASE NOTE: We can only sell tickets at the ticket box for that day. We can assist you to buy tickets for future dates at the ticket box. Tickets are strictly limited for every session. Once they are gone they are gone.
CAN YOU HAVE A SNOWBALL FIGHT?
To ensure every ones safety, snowball fights with real snowballs are not allowed. Snowballs made from real snow can be painful and cause serious health damage when they hit people, especially young children and pets.
CAN CHILDREN ATTEND?
Children are not allowed at a Snow4Dogs Event.
WHAT ARE THE AGE RESTRICTIONS?
This is an Adult only event and only Aduts can attend with theior dogs. Adittional attendees acmpaying a dog and adult must be over the age of 18 years.
CAN I BRING MORE THAN 1 DOG?
No. Only allow one dog and one adult to enter the park. Your dog must be well-behaved, socialized, and not aggressive towards people or other dogs.
DO YOU HAVE PUBLIC LIABILTY COVER FOR MYSELF OR MY DOG?
No we do not. Just like walking your dog on the street or going to a dog park you are reponsible for the actions of your dog and injury to them or your self. Please refer to the Conditions of Entry for more details.
DO YOU OFFER A DISCOUNT FOR GROUP BOOKINGS?
Yes! We offer a 10% discount for group bookings of 20 people or more. Please contact [email protected] directly for more information or to book. Please note that tickets must be paid for at least 1 week prior to the booked session in full.
CAN I CHANGE TO A DIFFERENT DATE AND SESSION?
Snow4Kids advices to ensure to book the correct date and time for your snow adventure. If you should find yourself in the need to change your tickets to a different date or time, please contact Snow4Kids directly via email to [email protected] . Please include your Name, booking reference, number of tickets and the date/time you want to change to.
PLEASE NOTE: Snow4Kids is trying their best to accommodate ticket exchange requests. Ticket exchanges are at the discretion of management. If the newly requested date and session is fully booked, we will not be able to fulfil your request. No refunds are offered for change of mind or change in personal circumstances (including personal sickness).
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
For the past 12 years we have had a great safety record, however, while we do everything in our power to minimise the risk of any accidents, the venue is used at the customers own risk and you must be cautious while walking on the snow as it can be slippery under foot.
