Snow4Kids – Summer Snow Adventure is all about the joy of snow and you can expect to participate in a fun mix of real snow and snow-themed activities:

Of course, this is our 13th year of operation in the Brisbane area and we have extended the session time to 80 minutes for more fun times in our frosty wonderland. Tobogganing is back this year for the ultimate summer adventure. Our snow slide will be joined by a mix of real snow and snow-themed activities. Epic fun! 

HOW LONG IS A SNOW4KIDS – Summer Snow Adventure SESSION AND WHAT TIME ARE THEY ON?

Each session operates for 80 minutes. The session times are 9AM, 10.30AM, 12PM, 6PM and 7.30PM . The Park closes at 9PM.

CAN I GO TO ANY SNOW4KIDS – Summer Snow Adventure SESSION THAT I WANT?

You may book any session that you wish to attend (subject to availability). However, you are not able to enter the Snow4Kids Park attraction until the date and time you have purchased your ticket for. You can find your booked time on your ticket.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

A General Admission ticket for all people entering the park is priced at $32.

Family Passes are priced at $109 for a family of 4 (LIMITED TIME ONLY).

Babies 12 months and under may enter the park for free with a paying adult. Please note that babies are brought into the park at the parents or carers own risk. Please take care and do not walk on the snow with a child in your arms due to the risk of falling. Please keep the baby in a pram or walk only on the carpeted areas.

Children 12 years and under must be accompanied by an adult carer that is holding a valid ticket.

Children over the age of 12 years are able to use the Park by themselves. They are not able to look after younger children.

WHERE CAN I BUY TICKETS?

You can purchase tickets online.

We recommend booking online in advance to save disappointment as the most popular sessions sell out very quickly. If you do not wish to purchase tickets online, we may have any unsold tickets available for purchase at the Ticket Box at the venue on the day.

PLEASE NOTE: We can only sell tickets at the ticket box for that day. We can assist you to buy tickets for future dates at the ticket box. Tickets are strictly limited for every session. Once they are gone they are gone.

CAN ADULTS PARTICIPATE?

Snow4kids encourages adults to get active and enjoy the fun with their children.  We simply ask adults to not throw real snowballs to ensure the safety of our young customers.

CAN I TOBOGGAN OR RIDE A SLED?

YES! TOBOGGANING IS BACK! You can ride down our toboggan hill as often as you like during your session. Please note that we only allow one rider per lane. Toboggans are provided, please do not bring your own toboggans or sleds.

CAN I HAVE MY CHILD’S BIRTHDAY PARTY HERE? 

You are welcome to bring multiple children to the event as a birthday type of event however we do not specifically host birthday parties. If you would like to buy a large amount of tickets, we may be able to offer a discount so please send an email to tickets@b4snow.com.

MY CHILD IS ONE, DO THEY NEED A TICKET?

Children 12 months and under are free WITH a paying adult but we advise that you are not permitted to walk on the snow with a child in your arms.
Children 12 months and over require a full paying ticket.

WHAT ARE THE AGE RESTRICTIONS?

The park is suitable to people of all ages to come along and experience the joy of snow. We generally recommend the Snow4Kids Park for children aged 12 and under, but of course each child is different and may respond differently to the attractions (some may be more or less amused than others despite age).  If older children are attending, they will need to be mindful of the younger children in the Park.

DOES THERE NEED TO BE ONE ADULT PER CHILD FOR SUPERVISION? 

No. If you have one child, you will need at least one adult. But if, for example, one adult was to bring along 2 or 3 children alone, that would be fine. It is just important that all children are supervised by at least one adult.

MY CHILD IS A TEENAGER, CAN I LEAVE THEM THERE ALONE OR LEAVE THEM TO SUPERVISE MY YOUNGER CHILD ALONE?

Children over the age of 12 years are welcome to use the Snow4Kids park by themselves. They are not able to supervise younger children. Children under the age of 12 years need to be supervised by an adult carer or parent.

DO YOU OFFER A DISCOUNT FOR GROUP BOOKINGS? 

Yes! We offer a 20% discount on the ticket price for group bookings of 20 people or more. Please contact tickets@b4snow.com directly for more information or to book. Please note that tickets must be paid for at least 2 weeks prior to the booked session in full.

CAN I CHANGE TO A DIFFERENT DATE AND SESSION? 

Snow4Kids advises to ensure to book the correct date and time for your snow adventure. If you should find yourself in the need to change your tickets to a different date you may do so online until 48h prior to your session. To do so please follow the link in the email you received with your tickets, make your way to “Manage Tickets” and select your new date. Session Times can unfortunately not be changed online. To change your session time or for assistance changing your tickets in general please contact Snow4Kids directly via email to tickets@b4snow.com . Please include your Name, booking reference, number of tickets and the date/time you want to change to.

PLEASE NOTE: Snow4Kids is trying their best to accommodate ticket exchange requests. Ticket exchanges are at the discretion of management. If the newly requested date and session is fully booked, we will not be able to fulfill your request. No refunds are offered for change of mind or change in personal circumstances (including personal sickness). Please be aware that emails may not be attended to at all times. Therefore please contact us as early as possible.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

For the past 13 years we have had a great safety record, however, while we do everything in our power to minimize the risk of any accidents, the venue is used at the customers own risk and you must be cautious while walking on the snow as it can be slippery under foot. We ask that you bring gloves for the kids and waterproof and stable footwear is worn in the park at all times. WILL THERE BE FOOD AND DRINKS?

We are planning to engage Food Trucks on site that offer a variety of different food options that change weekly. From hot food to sweet treats  – we have your tummy covered. Got a sweet tooth? Make sure to grab one of our Smores-Kits and toast your very own marshmallow over the fire. Please keep an eye out on our social media for the daily food trucks.

CAN I TOAST MARSHMALLOWS?

Yes, you will have the opportunity to purchase one of our Smores-Kits and toast your very own Marshmallows over the fire. Please make sure to always keep a safe distance to the fire pits and to not touch any hot surfaces. Please only use the utensils provided by us and supervise children closely at all times. Please follow Staff directions at all times and check any food for allergens.

GENERAL

WHERE CAN I PARK? 

There are numerous free car parks in the area. It is best to enter the MT Gravatt Showgrounds from Broadwater Road and you will find plenty of car parks next to our entrance.

CAN I GET THERE BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT? 

Yes! there is lots of public transport in the area. Our venue is adjacent to Logan Road. Please refer to the Translink website for more information.

DO YOU ACCEPT COMPANION CARDS?

Yes, we honor companion cards. If you require to bring a carer and would like to request a companion ticket email anne@b4snow.com.

Please make sure to carry your companion card with out for entry.

ARE YOU WHEELCHAIR FRIENDLY?

Snow4Kids – Summer Snow Adventure is inclusive and welcomes wheel chair users. Since our attractions change regularly we recommend to shoot us an email to confirm which attractions are suitable for chair users.
